Bike Ride Beats...

This was our bike ride to the beach on Saturday. Byron wants you to know this is a taste of things to come and he didn't really want me to post this video clip as he doesn't think it's up to scratch, but since he accidentally deleted all the pictures we took off the camera he had no choice! This is just the beginning of our 'stop motion film' project! and there will be plenty more to come!

This is fab. Cheered me right up. I have had a stressful day at work with an unreasonable collegue. Loving the song in the background. Is By gonna do these for tourists??

Why we're living 'Across the Border'

This blog was started to document our Caribbean adventure. After our amazing dreamy island paradise living in Turks and Caicos we returned to England, and after a summer of London/Milton Keynes fun we moved to Wales and found ourselves puddle hopping in Penmaenmawr! After a year of studying there, we moved to Vancouver, British Columbia where Byron was studying at UBC for the year. We then hopped over the border and found ourselves living in Hamilton, just outside of Glasgow while Byron did a placement at the Forestry Commission Scotland for a year, and once again headed back to North Wales for more puddle hopping in pen for Byron to finish his final year of uni...phew, are you keeping up?! He graduated in July, and we saw one more hop across the border literally...as we are now living in the heart of the Scottish Borders in Kelso where he is working for a forestry company, UPM Tilhill, in Jedburgh for the foreseeable future! We hope you'll follow along and see where life takes us! (and cross your fingers for us that it's back to Canada eventually!)
